The brain depends on a good night’s rest and the quality of one’s health can be greatly affected from continuous sleepless nights.
Many studies show that continuous sleep deprivation can lead to:

• Increased cortisol levels
• Weight gain
• Increased risk for cardiovascular disease
The goal in treating insomnia in Chinese medicine is to bring balance back to the body.
